I ordered a couple of holders and sleeves, and the fit was about what I was hoping for. Nothing felt too tight, and there wasn’t a bunch of extra loose space either. The sizing on the site was easy to figure out and match up. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I was a little hesitant about the shipping cost at first because I didn’t want any surprise expenses, but it ended up feeling fair enough. Not the cheapest, but still manageable.

The box showed up looking rough and a bit crushed, but everything inside was actually fine, so no real issues there

I tried ordering some sleeves, but the site felt slow and the menus were kind of all over the place. I did eventually find what I needed, but checkout was more annoying than it should’ve been...

I ordered some supplies, but I felt like the material info wasn’t very clear. I kept wondering, what exactly am I getting here?? The photos didn’t really answer much either, so I was mostly guessing. Everything arrived fine, but it just wasn’t quite what I expected.

I’d ordered some supplies and was mostly just hoping everything would arrive without me having to think about it too much. There was a small issue with the order, so I sent over an email, not really expecting it to be anything urgent. After a bit, they got back to me and took care of it quickly, and I didn’t have to go back and forth a bunch or explain it ten different ways. It ended up being a smooth experience, and I’d be fine ordering from them again.

I got the tracking info fast and it was easy to keep up with my order no issues at all.

Not gonna lie, it was frustrating. Every time I tried to get the stuff I needed, it was out of stock. After a while, it just got really annoying.

I had to send back a binder and it was no big deal. The return went through without any hassle, and the refund showed up quick too. Happy with how it all went

They had a lot to choose from, actually, most of what I needed was there. I just couldn’t find a couple of specific items, so it wasn’t a perfect one-stop shop for me...

Everything showed up safe and sound :) The boxes were packed really well, and nothing was damaged at all!

They do a okay job protecting my cards, and the sleeves and boxes feel fine overall. But the way it’s described made me think the cards would be a little safer in storage than they actually were. A couple corners still ended up getting slightly dinged, which was annoying. Not terrible, but I expected better based on the wording

I was just glad everything matched up the way it was supposed to. Didn’t want to deal with any back-and-forth or wasted time, so it was a relief that the order was right.

I ordered some card sleeves along with a storage box, and shipping was totally fine... no issues there. But the sleeves were thinner than I was expecting, and a few of them had these rough edges right out of the pack, which was kind of annoying.

The storage box also showed up with a bent corner, so yeah... it just didn’t really feel worth paying full price for. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I don’t think I’d be in a rush to order them again...

The site was fine up until I got to checkout. My cart kept refreshing, and the shipping cost didn’t show up until late, which was frustrating. Then I got an error and had to type in my card info again, which made me feel a little embarrassed, like I was messing something up even though I don’t think I was. The order did go through in the end, but checkout felt clunky and slower than it should’ve been

I placed a wholesale order for sleeves and top loaders and was half expecting something to be wrong, since bulk orders can be a pain. The price was good, everything was packed properly, and it actually shipped faster than I thought it would. I did have one question and was worried support would take forever, but they got back to me the same day. No real complaints this time, so I’ll probably order again

I ordered some supplies and had a quick question about the shipment, nothing major, just wanted to make sure I understood what was going on. But then I waited... and waited. I kept checking my email thinking maybe I missed the reply, but nope, it just took way longer than I expected.
When they finally got back to me, the response was short and didn’t really answer what I was asking, which was kind of annoying because then I had to write back again and explain it another way. And of course that second reply took a while too, so the whole thing dragged out more than it needed to.

The products themselves were fine, no real complaints there, but the customer service part just wasn’t great. Not a total disaster or anything, but if you need a quick answer, it’s frustrating to feel like you’re just sitting around waiting without much help...

The confirmation email took a little longer to come through than I was expecting, so I was kind of wondering if everything went through at first. Tracking wasn’t perfect either, but it updated enough that I could keep an eye on the package. Everything showed up packed well and in good shape, and the package actually arrived within a few days, which was faster than I figured it would be. I’d give it 4 stars overall.

I ordered from BCW Supplies because I recognized the name, but the whole experience didn’t feel as reassuring as I expected. The site worked fine, but some of the info felt a little light, so I kept second guessing whether I was picking the right stuff.
